From the readme file:
========================
Spirit Of Heat 1937 -- Dedicated to the memory of Neil Bainbridge, who
first brought these cars to life on the PC.
Spirit Of Heat 1937 mod is a full conversion for NASCAR Heat by Hasbro
Interactive, featuring vintage Grand Prix cars 1930s. We have not
attempted to simulate any particular era, but many of the cars present
in this mod were active on the Grand Prix circuit in or around the
1937 timeframe.

Love it! I have to say, the 30s menu music is so superb! A really nice,
small, but priceless detail. Great work all!
