I just ran some laps at the updated Mid Ohio for SCGT, do we have any SCCA
drivers who have driven it real life? Two spots seem off to me...
The SCGT version is based on the CART Precision Racing so perhaps somebody
has seen that version as well. Not enough hill climb once you turn in at
the end of the long back straight, and the Madness section seems too flat.
Other than that...it seemed to match up to my TV viewing pretty well.
I still think the track that AMA Superbikes modeled looks and feels the
closest to what I percieve Mid Ohio should be, but beggars can't be
choosers. And it's still yards better than the old ICR2 version we've used
over the years.
Any real clubbers who could critique it??
