I didn't believe until I opened the box last night, but it's true. Rally Trophy has shipped in the US. At last.

Sigh... now I wonder how many years I'll have to wait until it's released here in Japan.... Itazura <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > I didn't believe until I opened the box last night, but it's true. > Rally Trophy has shipped in the US. At last.
"David Erb" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:WaWc8.9667$[email hidden]... > EB in Kingston , ON says Feb 27 for Rally Trophy here in Canada CompuSmart in Victoria, BC says Feb 22. But they have a 0% record so far so I'm taking that with a grain of salt. It's my birthday on the 27th so I have a (very faint!) hope that my wife might have magically come up with this idea, but time spent gaming has been a wee sore point lately so I kinda doubt it ;)
Hmmm, I checked EB in 4 different cities while I was on the road today and none have it in stock and some don't even list it anymore. -- Mike Grandy www.precision-racing.com "Bob G @home.com>" <bobg<nospam> wrote in message news:[email hidden]... > You can get it here http://www.ebgames.com/ebx $29.99, and well worth it. > > > "Todd Walker" <[email hidden]> wrote in message > news:[email hidden]... > > In article <[email hidden]>, > > [email hidden] says... > > > I didn't believe until I opened the box last night, but it's true. > > > Rally Trophy has shipped in the US. Hmm, strange Mike. Maybe just available thru online. I bought the "other side of the pond" version a few months ago. IMHO, this is the GPL of rally sims. Bob "Mike Grandy" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:74Xc8.108765$[email hidden]...

FWIW, Rally Trophy has appeared at Electronics Boutique in Indianapolis -- the one on the west side of town confirmed that they have it in stock now, and they have a copy on hold for me. :-D Look for my preview of the Rally Trophy demo(s) to appear on the Blackhole Motorsports site (http://www.bhmotorsports.com/) in the next few days (the preview has been completed and submitted -- just waiting for BHMS to post it). That should help stir up some interest for the U.S. release. I will try to do a review of the full version with patch in the next few weeks. -- JB "Mike Grandy" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:<74Xc8.108765$[email hidden]>...

Have you heard that too?

the local EB finally got RT in a week late, but I've been amusing myself with it for a day now :) But for some reason I can only select Russia to drive at, contrary to what the manual says. I've won a single Intermediate rally at Russia, and a championship intermediate rally there too, and it still won't unlock any other tracks. Weird. Anyone know what's going on? I'm getting sick of crashing into the Russian trees, I want to crash into trees from all around the world :) Grant.
