I can't install GPL in Windows Millenium, do you know why? A message

No, it doesn't let me install it. I have a warez version that works
correctly (incredible) but the original one not.

I had this with my GPL cd
I duplicated the CD using Nero and used that to install - which worked.
On running the game I had to use the orig. cd or it complained.
Go figure
Then 3 years later people are suprised when N4 has CD-Rom problems.
