You have to use a third party program like FRAPS as SCGT has no built in
frame-counter.

I couldn't get FRAPS to work with SCGT (it works with other
programs). I am using the Direct X driver and it works with
other programs. Is there a trick to it ?

Dang you are right, I couldn't even get SCGT to load in D3d mode and the
frame counter never appeared when I used the 3dfx mode...hmmmmm
I thought Fraps had added the option of saving a log file but I didn't
see mention of that at the website. is 1.6 the newest version?
