Anybody know if it's possible to play multiplayer with a 28.8kbps dial-up
connection and be able to play without making everything really laggy, with
around 10 players in a race?
Depending on your modem etc JOINING a race should be no problem...But
forget about hosting.

Each car needs a minimum of 21kbps of bandwidth, so you can join a
multiplayer race, no problem. You won't, however be able to host a race for
any more than one car.
