Just kinda wondering if anyone has made a TSW STock work in split axis with Rally Throphy. Its works great in combined, but split axis the brake pedal is being read wrong by the game. -- David Robinson If autocrossing was easier it would be called road racing.
Same problem here with TSW2 Modified. "DAVID J ROBINSON" <robinsonspamfamily@prodig.> wrote in message news:CUzh8.22719$[email hidden]... > Just kinda wondering if anyone has made a TSW STock work in split axiswith > Rally Throphy. Its works great in combined, but split axis the brakepedal

i have a ms precision (non-FF) wheel and my throttle was maxed all the time. this fixed it: go into the in-game controller properties. choose "accelerate + brake" for the accelerator and leave the brake pedal as it is. as always, results vary. hope this helps. kelley "DAVID J ROBINSON" <robinsonspamfamily@prodig.> wrote in message news:CUzh8.22719$[email hidden]... > Just kinda wondering if anyone has made a TSW STock work in split axiswith > Rally Throphy. That is what the others are trying NOT to do... dave henrie
Guys, I had the exact same problem. I'm using an LWFF in USB on ID#1 and a stock TSW (with split-axis) in the game port on ID#3. (Along with a GPL USB Shifter in ID#2 -- which works great with Rally Trophy BTW). But, I digress......I also absolutely could not get the pedals to work properly, until I did the following: a. Download/Install the latest patch (www.rallytrophy.com) , then b. Do This: Find the line in input.ini that reads: # (often brake) AnalogYAxisRange = { 100, -100}; and change it thus: # (often brake) AnalogYAxisRange = { -100, 0}; Then find this line: OverrideRanges = 0; and change it to: OverrideRanges = 1; It worked like a charm on my system. If you find eith the throttle or pedal to not respond liie you like, play with the values on these lines. Just keep a positive value positive and a negative value negative. BTW, I must give credit where credit is due. I got this fix from Gerry Aitkin. Many thanks again to Gerry, as he was the only person who could come up with a solution. Good Luck..... Hope this helps. My pleasure, mate. BTW, did you get your shifter working with N2k2? Gerry
