I am going to build a P4 1.8 system. I want to run 16 bit cars in GPL.
Any suggestions on what video card to use?
Thanks!

Fwiw, I'm running the 16 bits on a P4 1.4, MX 2 with no problems. Using
Win98 though.........

graphic enhancements, but your simming will suffer down the line. IF GPL is
your only focus then the MX card will be fine, but IF you are running other
newer titles as well, then the shortcomings of the bargain-priced MX line
begins to be evident.
btw...how ya doin' John?
We got DJ Thibodeau back from his injuries and now...if I ever get DTM
re-installed, have a 3 car team again...

That's true Dave, good point. Doing good........off to work right

The best GeForce you can afford. Over here in the UK, the Radeons have
not really impressed the reviewers in real world tests, as opposed to
benchmarks. (And over here in the UK, graphics cards are *far* more
expensive - the *cheapest* GeForce 3 (the Ti200) is 150 or so.
