In the interview RSC recently did with Alison Hine, she proposed a letter
writing campaign asking Vivendi (the Owner of Sierra ) to allow Papyrus to
get cranking on a GPL2...
We have put up a draft for such a letter so there is no excuse for not
writing Vivendi :)

The letter is just meant as an inspiration.... individual letters written in
your own words are better, and will make a bigger impact.
I expect an answer from Vivendi later today regarding who to put on the
envelope as the contactperson at Vivendi. If you can't wait to mail your
letter just use the adress shown and disregard any need for a contact
person.. then we can only hope that Vivendi will collect them in one place.

I've been "puzzling" with an idea similare to this for some weeks now.....
Just last week I drew up an outline of the whole idea. I would however like
to be [read: "strike"] a bit more direct that this letter.
So perhaps now is a good time to ask if someone out there might want help
out or better yet; join forces with me..... ??
