The video of a simulated lap looked exceptionally similar
to the Codies video of the Adelaide circuit made aware on
here a few days ago, can anyone confirm that this was
from Race Driver?
Graphics were decent, guess it's a wait and see affair,
didn't really show the physics (well, I hope it didn't
anyway) ;P
Cheers,
Rod.

Well, obviously it was since they're now got an interview
with a codies rep, however, suggesting a May release.
Cheers,
Rod.

Too wide, didn't seem very
realistic but I'll wait and see.

I would say it was the PS2 version, but not having a car as a
reference on the track, it's hard to say.
Cheers,
Rod.
If it was grainy and jaggedy, then the ps2 probably was the engine...FSAA
is not the easiest item to enable on that beast.

It appeared that the track was 'grainy' on purpose. Looked as it
if the camera was being run over very coarse sandpaper. I just
hope the PS2 version and the PC version is released simultaneously
so I can choose the best option, if the PS2 version comes out first
I'll likely get both...
(if there are any codemasters reps watching, disregard that last
sentence)
Cheers,
Rod.
They said it was the PS2 version after showing it on Saturday.
