Played the demo years ago and had a blast, but just picked this up in a four pack. Fantastic. Patched up, it accepts my clutch pedal and apparently will directly support the RS Shifter that I get next month. Now a question... After installing 3D wheels, the rears appear blacked out most of the time. What's up with that? Well, back to Viper... Mark Reading, UK
I totally agree with you on the fact that Viper Racing is awesome. Have you tried out the new track yet? The first one was released just a couple weeks ago (even after all these years there are people working on it) About the rear wheels turning black... that seems to be a problem with add-on wheels. However, if a downloaded car comes with it's own custom wheels, there is no problem. Seems strange to me. I've just been getting into the career in this sim again. Man, what a blast. Even though it doesn't have all of the eye-candy of some of the newer games, it still is right near the top physics-wise in my opinion. D'you know if there's a replacement stock Viper model with accurate wheels? > I've just been getting into the career in this sim again. Had a great time yesterday with 2 up LAN racing - damage model really keeps you on your toes. Mark Reading, UK
Where can one get this new track please? jah_warrior86 wrote: > I totally agree with you on the fact that Viper Racing is awesome. Have you > tried out the new track yet? The first one was released just a couple weeks > ago (even after all these years there are people working on it) >

It is Games Life x4 volume fourteen. The other three games are N2, Grand Touring and Powerslide. Marked 9.99 on the pack, cost 7.99 at the checkout. Bargain of the year. Speaking of Viper racing, my install has a corrupt track, and I can't recover from the CD. Can anyone send that one file to me? Not sure of the filename - it's the Silverdale track. Email me first, though. I don't want 300 people all sending me the file... :-) TIA -- Muzza The first time you'll get a Microsoft product that doesn't suck will be the day they start producing vacuum cleaners.
