How do you assign a Provisional using Points Calculator with N2002?
Highlight the track you want to add the prov to, and then click on the Edit
button, and then Add on the next screen.

> Then you have to maunally assign the start and finishing position for the
driver you are assigning the provisional too. I generally give a provisional
as starting last, finishing last and assigning a fixed number of points
(ours is last place for that event, minus 4 points) and put in 0 laps run, 0
laps led, 0 Q time and 0 winnings. I use the reason out as DNS, Did Not
Start, kinda tells everyone that it is a provisional. If you don't fill in
everything (reasons for all the zeros above) the PC will not let you add the
person to the running order.
There may be a quicker way, but I have not found it. This method only takes
a minute and works.
Ok thanks. From what I have tried and read else where this seems to be the
standard way people are doing it.
I may actually look at just dropping races instead of giving provisional as
in the end it amounts to much the same thing and is easier to track. It
also gives a break to drivers that had bad races and not just to those that
missed a race.
