It's no problem racing from Europe on the US based servers if that's your concern That is if you have a decent ISP with good connections across the pond of course, in many cases we have as good or better connections from Europe than many of the US guys have, not sure why but probably because the lines over here are less congested or something Beers and cheers (uncle) Goy "The Pits" http://www.theuspits.com/ "A man is only as old as the woman he feels" --Groucho Marx--

As Goy says, it really doesn't matter so much where they are these days, though, as long as your connection's ok to them (see ping before connecting, and hit ctrl-c in-race) -- Colin ICQ 25485061 FFRL Triv: http://www.chbr18476.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ FFRL: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/fastfood/ffrl/index.html
Hog site says by invitation only! ok how do you get an invite please:) > The HOG servers are UK, Sean, and www.hogracing.co.uk is always welcoming > new guys. > As Goy says, it really doesn't matter so much where they are these days, > though, as long as your connection's ok to them (see ping beforeconnecting, > and hit ctrl-c in-race)
Thanks for that. I'm intending to get N2002 just for online racing really. I've found in the past that games with a mainly US base, tend to have a poor support for online play over here, and on most of the US servers the lag is to great. However, in this case it would seem all is peachy :) S.
I've just had a read of the forums, sounds fun indeed. I'll get a few weeks of practice in and see where it all ends (in the wall most likely !) Thanks S. "Colin Harris" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:oIay8.10429$[email hidden]...
