Ryan, Thanks for letting us know. I remember looking forward to his race reports in Road & Track every month. Great stuff, insider view point, knew all the drivers/owners/crews. He will be missed. I just heard the news that two-time Sebring winner, Bob Akin, passed away today from injuries recieved in a testing accident last Friday. Truely, a sad day in motorsports. -- don ------------------------------------- BAPOM Alternative Program Covers for GPL http://www.trilon.com/bapom/ "Ryan" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:Wumz8.58$[email hidden]... > http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=577&ncid=577&e=5&u=/nm/20020 > 429/sp_nm/racing_walker_dc_1 > > > I thought it may of interest to some of the F1 fans here. > > Ryan > >

How sad, I've always had a 'good eye' towards Walker Racing. Their cars always lloked great andf how could forget moments like Moss at Monaco or 'Seffi at Brands with the '49B.... A Gentleman is lost, I hope someone pay him a tribute... -- ed_ "Ryan" <[email hidden]> skrev i melding news:Wumz8.58$[email hidden]... > http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=577&ncid=577&e=5&u=/nm/20020 > 429/sp_nm/racing_walker_dc_1 > > > I thought it may of interest to some of the F1 fans here. > > Ryan > >
