New RASCAR roster website launched

John Simmons unveiled a new RASCAR roster website with car pictures and guidelines, and it was widely praised. Members thanked Simmons, Phil Lee and EldredP for organising the races and hosting the server, and noted how much the group had grown since the first races.

I called them "guidelines"... :) Besides, the only thing that approaches "rule" status would be the chat thing.
