Apologies if I've missed this, but does anyone know why the sim demos
at cersoft.com have been taken down (and, more importantly, if they'll
ever be back)? The paragraph on the site just says:
"This may be a bit of a shock but I have taken the demos off line
because of impending developments, I am not sure where things are
heading and so there will be no immediate updates of the simulator.
Other software will continue to be developed in my spare time ....."
which is no kind of explanation at all - "impending developments" could
mean anything. I hope there's not been any legal problem over the demo
- I can't see why there should be, but lawyers tend to be involved when
a program is removed without either warning or proper explanation...

Hello, don't worry it is good "impending developments", pretty much
guarantees the fruition of the sim to the end which was in some doubt
given the previous time limits.
In plain english, because my free time was too limited I've decided to
finish the sim 'in-house', hopefully my ambitions for the project will
not be compromised TOO much ;-)

Excellent! Finally an excuse to buy a gamecube :)
I guess I have exactly 8 years to catch up with you! I'll probably need it
;)
Glad everything is going well!

Thankyou, Colin! I'm really grateful for you taking the time to explain
the situation, and I wish you good luck with the project. Just so long
as it's finished before WSC... ;-)
