Monaco was one of the tracks David Noonan converted for N4 but never
released, not sure why he converted it as I can't see it being much fun
in a Stockcar, but since this was one of the tracks that wouldn't work
in N3 he might have done it as a test project
Whether or not he plans to finish it up and release it for N2002....no
idea

Did he ever convert any other tracks from GPL to N4? If so,
where can they be had?
