Went online tonight for the first time since N4.
Nice clean slate I think - stay away from the clumsy drivers (wreckers must
have gotten bored now) and get a nice, lovely LPI and some experience
against humans (and I use the term in the loosest possible sense) before my
debut RASCAR event...
What a bad move. You can avoid -some- nutters but it's only a matter of
time...
I think I tried something like 4 races, got one clean run, and the rest were
complete write-offs. Got an LPI of 7.5... :(
Where can a Brit with limited time get some online racing going on?

Check out the RASCAR initiative this group has started. Last couple of races
have been a bit awkward as there was a big influx of drivers unaccustomed to
eachother, but I'm sure that'll improve over time.

I did, but apparently not carefully enough. Oh well... ;-)

Eldred sometimes has his server (epickett) on Sierra.com during the week.
Jason Fagan has set up a server called ras open server, but he hasn't had it
passworded it (with "ras" as the password) so anyone at sierra.com has been
using it.

Yay! Spread the good word so we can actually get the place with more than
three people at a time with the password, and it will go back on. Probably
will use 'ras' for connection, and then 'rasboss' for boss if I turn the
access password back on.\
