Are there any decals in the game? I was messing around with one of the cars
just for fun...I hit the decal tool button and got nothing?

Nope, Papy left them out of this release. Go over to TeamLightspeed, the car
guy over there has made one better than would have been in the game anyway I
think. Check in the gallery section.
