I've been running some laps with the BMW's in the ALMS mod, but i get a
fairly violent lunging of the car when I hit the brakes... It will dart left
or right If I'm not completely straight before braking.
Since I'm a doofu...errr since I'm not the smar...uhmmmm since i don't
know crap about setting up a car, what should I be looking at to moderate
this unruly behaivor?
My first guess would be moving the weight center of gravity, but forward
or back?(or what other changes 'should' i be looking at?)
thanks

Dave...
I assume first.....you are using Doug's setups? Then.....look at the brake
bias in the setup screen. Doug has his set at 58%.....I like mine more like
55% or 56% with my brake controller rig. You can try what works best for
yours. The rear of the car should not move around much on normal threshold
braking. If the front is darting....you have the ride-height too low....or
not enough spring....because the car is hitting the bump stops (shocks could
be too soft in front as well). That is not a problem with Doug's setups,
however.
Hope this helps.
