Just getting into this sim and am having trouble finding good web sites for it (all mine are for GPL and other road racing sims) I am beginning to see why you all raved about it, excellent graphics etc. far better than past versions of Nascar. Any help appreciated -- Edward Commissioner MARA Middle-Aged Racers Association
This site has a good message board, setups, and guides. However, for some reason I think they are having problems today. http://www.sportplanet.com/team-lightspeed If you want a good place to race go to: http://www.onlineracin.com For an EXCELLENT setup guide, get the one made by Rodney Arndt: http://www.sascar.com/downloads/downloads.html Kerry "Edward C" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:TOMJ8.150289$[email hidden]... > Just getting into this sim and am having trouble finding good web sitesfor

I have not had any problems with it until today. It usually accessible. One mistake I commonly make is typing in "sports" instead of "sport". There was a converter for the skins only. But IMHO, it did a lousy job. The metodology was, export a tga from N4, convert to bmp, use the converter, it would give you an N2002 formatted bmp, convert to tga, and then you can import it back onto an N2002 car. Since the templates fro N4 and N2002 were so different, the graphics got really screwed up and lost proportions etc... -- Biz "Don't touch that please, your primitive intellect wouldn't understand alloys and compositions and,......things with molecular structures,....and the....." - Ash Edward C <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:yHVJ8.170950$[email hidden]... > Great sites, thanks gentlemen....and Goy of course :-) > One more question, can you import custom N4 cars into N2002 > Thanks again > > -- > Edward > Commissioner > MARA Middle-Aged Racers Association > > > "Brian Simpson" <[email hidden]> wrote in message > news:[email hidden]... > > Cool, the plan to keep Goy out is working as intended <G> > > > > -- > > Brian Simpson > > Big "O" Boats - www.bigoboats.com > > Member Team Lightspeed! - http://www.sportplanet.com/team-lightspeed/ > > > > > > > > "Goy Larsen" <[email hidden]> wrote in message > > news:[email hidden]... > > > > > > > > > Kerry Grant wrote: > > > > > > > > This site has a good message board, setups, and guides.
