Problems running New G1GTV3 mod

I have problems running new GT V3 mod with F1 2001. I installed fresh install of F1 2001 started played one round so i can make my player profile. Then i installed the V3 mod and then tried to run the shortcut for GT3 and the mod never starts always gets right in to F1 2001 menu screen and i can't see the mod no where. Anyone has any idea what's wrong ? I tried to reinstall F1 2001 3 times and applied the mod 3 times and is always the same. Anyone has any tips or anything i got F1 2001 last night just for this mod. Thanks
