I'm currently half way through building a cockpit style
simulator to 'drive' in, and (of course) I'm going to put
a force feedback wheel in it.
However... I'll be using my own custom built steering
wheel and my own pedals, so all I will really need will
be the internal force feedback mechanism and circuit
boards of the thing.
So before I buy one to strip apart, does anyone have any
recommendations or suggestions?
cheers...
The Logitech Momo is quite easy to dismantle and mount in another chassis.
Check out the photos at http://www.lesmarton.com/momo/ for a prototype I did
in a weekend when I was bored...
