1955 300 SLR in it to appeal to the GPL'er in me too.

If it comes from the same stable as Merc Benz Truck Racing - then we can

well, it doesn't, MBTR was from THQ, this one is from TDK which are world
famous for making blank CD's and tapes....
I'm a bit afraid of this but we'll see when a demo comes....

That would suit me OK. NFS:PU was a fine way to unwind from a tense session
of GPL. If the physics are in the PU ballpark this new MBWR will make for a
fine sim-lite alternative particularly with that SLR in there. Your contact
mention any plans for North Americian release or is this going to be yet
another Euro only teaser?

I think that's a brilliant idea :-), NFS:PU may not have been a "true"
sim, more like a "sim light" if you will, but most enjoyable

No idea. I've been working on a piece abt. *console* auto-racing games for
Motor Trend, so haven't been paying any att'n to PC versions.
