I've had a couple of ocassions where I've run out of gas and just coasted to
the pits. The pit crew busy themselves changing my tyres and fueling up, but
then I'm unable to drive away as I can't start the engine. Is there a key or
something to start the car?
Also I think I read that the pit crew will push your car to the pits, if you
stop in pit-lane (manual even says direct them with the gear paddles or
something). Well I've come to a stop in pit-lane and my boys aren't rushing
out to push me anywhere. How do I tell them I need a push?
