1st problem:
When I'm playing GPL I get one big stutter at some point during the first
2-4 laps. It only happens once whether I'm on or offline. Something is
writing to the hard drive when it happens (can see the HD light go on). Only
thing running in the background is:
Explorer
System Tray
Logitech Wheel
Anybody have any ideas?
2nd problem:
If I open IE and close it before I play GPL I get a stutter for about a 1/2
a second. This stutter occurs about every 5 to 15 seconds. It happens both
on and offline. Again the only thing running in the background is:
Explorer
System Tray
Logitech Wheel
If I restart the computer, shut down anything running in the background,
then go to GPL this stutter does not occur (the first one still happens). I
heard someone saying something about IRQs. Could this be a problem? If I
have devices sharing IRQ's, how do I move them and which devices are OK to
share IRQ's and which are not?
Thanks for the help,
Chris G.

Have you updated your graphics driver lately? If you can't figure it out,
I'll trade you GPL running smoothly on an Athlon 1 gig, GeForce2 MX/MX400
w/64 MB and 512 PC133 RAM for your system. 8-)

Happens to me, tried everything, every suggestion to no avail. Because of
the stutter I don't play GPL anymore. :(

What are your hardware specs? Which wheel do you have? Which OS?
