Sorry and everything, I know I promised not to keep slagging the new concept off, but one thing has occurred to me . If this is really going to be the ultimate driving simulator, then "most" of the steering wheels and pedals currently available on the market will be not up to the precise job of controlling the virtual car . So it will require another outlay of funds to equip your PC with Act Labs stuff, or similar. Perhaps Nigel Nichols will benefit from this ;-) I can't see many sim racers using 24.99 plastic fantastic replica wheel with this game . Feedback will be essential. No ? And the West's already state that that is a very unrealistic factor in the whole equation.

Nah - I'm sure the current crop of controllers is up to the task... I don't think FF is *essential* in any game. However, I've heard it makes the driving easier. I don't know - the only FF wheel I've ever used is in the arcade... Eldred -- Homepage - http://www.umich.edu/~epickett My .sig file is in the shop for repairs... Remove SPAM-OFF to reply.

I was one that didn't think FF would be worth it, and for a time didn't think I would ever invest in it, but now that I have it with my Momo I couldn't go back I don't think to a non FF wheel. Unless you're playing GP4, in which case, the FFB is more of a hinderance than a help...

It really helps me in knowing what the car is going to do. For me, FF is now in the Top5 list of required features. -- l8er ronny Your mouse has moved. Windows must be restarted for the change to take effect. Reboot now?

Well, maybe I just need to find someone that has an extra I could test for a while. I can't see buying a FF controller without trying it, and I'm guessing the limited time in a store isn't enough.
