New install of Win XP Home Edition and MS FF wheel is struggling.
VERY hit and miss.
Sometimes it starts properly like it did in Win 98 but mostly it stays unlit
and doesn't show in Gaming Options.
But after extensive messing about i found a temporary cure.
If you pull the wheel out of the USB slot and plug it back in,it works
perfectly every time.
But i don't want to do that forever.
Could anyone suggest a more permanent cure...?
Any ideas gratefully received.
Andy
Did you check to see if your chipset vendor has a USB FilterDriver that
needs to be installed?
We really need to know your entire system to effectively help here.
