Last week, I couldn't find the race, and it didn't matter anyway because I
started a 6 hour Cable outage at 4:15pm.
This week, one of the worst thunderstorms I've seen in Northern Virginia in
years (and one of the worst hail storms too) came through and I didn't have
power from 3pm to 5pm. The machines and network stayed up, but that's only
because I shut the monitors down. My 22" Mitsubishi increases the power
draw 3 fold, and even with three APC 1100's and two APC 500's on the
Network, it won't stay up THAT long with this monster on :)
