Try hitting the cones at high speed. I have seen them slide upright down the racetrack for a long distance. There are some cones at the lefthand bend approaching turn 1 of the road course; I have hit these and seen them sail all the way down the front stretch and into (or maybe over) the crowd at the hairpin. The barrels don't fly so good. -- Doug Appleyard To reply, myname is dougappleyard -------------------- http://NewsReader.Com/ -------------------- Usenet Newsgroup Service
I came around the corner last night and there was one spinning in the middle of the track. The car ahead of me hit it, I guess. I think most games quit tracking once the object car is out of site. It was kind of neat to see this :) I also saw a car tumble last night. I was beginning to wonder if it was possible to flip them. Now I know it is. -Larry <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:20020823122007.959$[email hidden]...

This may be silly, but I just love the fact that the trees sway in the breeze. Nice place for a picknick I think to myself, though I may be 1 sandwich short. :) -- Peter Ives (AKA Pete Ivington) Remove ALL_STRESS before replying via email If you know what's good for you, don't listen to me GPLRank Joystick -50.63 Wheel -21.77
I was going to mention that too :) I don't believe I've ever seen that, at least in a racing game! -Larry "Peter Ives" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:ndei4LA8LpZ9Ewx$@pgives.ALL_STRESSfreeserve.co.uk...

Yepp, but LFS ones looks better and more natural!. Btw, i also noticed that the guys that stands next to the track at various places are in 3d!, that must be a first time ive seen that in a racing game. Ah.. just remember the marshalls in GP4.. they are 3d? or sprites? "David G Fisher" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:fNw99.38745$[email hidden]...
