ICR2 Tire Heat on NASCAR Tracks

I was wondering if anyone knows how to solve the problem of excessive
tire heat on some of the converted NASCAR tarcks for ICR2.  I can go no
more than five laps into a C***te race when my temps turn yellow.  I
have done everything I know to the car to solve this.  Including, god
forbid, SLOWING DOWN.  I have found that on the TXT files on ICR2
tracks that there is three additional lines of coding labeled THEAT,
TCFF, TCFR that NASCAR tracks don't have.  I am convinced that my
solution lies in those numbers.  To test this I copied the Narareth
numbers to C***te and it seemed to work out for the most part.  What
exactly do those numbers stand for??  If you know, let me in on the
secret!

I haven't looked into it, but if I were to venture a guess, I'd say that
they stand for:

THEAT - Tire HEAT
TCFF - Tire Coefficient of Friction Front
TCFR - Tire Coefficient of Friction Rear
